Natasha Frisk has been going strong in fitness and wellness for 7+ years and will continue to do so. Her passion lies in helping and educating others to aspire to their happy and healthy way!

Natasha has always been into physical fitness and sports. She has become a half marathoner, Advanced Pilates instructor and joy of exercise and fitness keeps expanding. Her passion for fitness and wellbeing centers in her life as well as her families and her community.
In 2014 Fitness and Energy w/ Natasha was born. Natasha created this business with the Passion and Love of wellness and wanting to share her passion with women and mom's who struggle to understand what is Healthy for them. Natasha made this business to help women and mom's understand how to take care, love and respect their body and mind as one. As a mom, she understands that you become last on the list and self care slips away, but Natasha created this business to help mom's connect back to themselves and make their Health a Priority and not on the back burner.
When Natasha is not running a race, training a client or teaching a class, she and her family run a small homestead to 50+ chickens, a small fruit and vegetable garden, 3 Nubian goats and 3 dogs! Now you can see why she has all the Energy!
As a mother of two growing kids she takes her knowledge of fitness and wellness to help her kids and others who want to obtain a full and long healthy lifestyle.

Natasha has used her learning and studies to focus on helping Women to find their Balance , Love of Body and Health for many years. Certified in Personal Training, Pilates, Group Fitness, Exercise Nutrition , Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Practitioner she is ready to Guide you on your Journey to have the best Health, Body and Mind for you. This program is only open 3 x a year, Winter, (2 Spots available) Spring (2 spots available) and Fall (2 Spots available)
This is a 8 week 1:1 Guided program. In this program you will work with Natasha to create a personalized Wellness Plan that suits your life and your goals of Health, Longevity and Wellness.
With her Coaching and Guidance she helps women create a better body mentality, self care space with no limits, restrictions, or fads. No one person has the same body nor goals and she helps you to find exactly what is right and fits for YOU.
