Tuna Bean Salad
Ingredients

cups mixed greens
1 can low sodium albacore tuna
1/4 black beans,rinsed
1/4 edamane
1/4 shredded carrots
1 medium tomato cut into 4 wedges
1 tbs dressing your choice(less sugar is a plus 😁)
Servings 1
On a plate grab a handful of mixed greens. Add 1/4 black beans
1/4 edamane
1/4 shredded carrots
1/2 can tuna
Place tomatoes wedges on the edges of salad. Add dressing and enjoy
To make this ahead double the ingredients and pack in a lunch Tupperware for the next 2 days!
