Instant oatmeal on the Go!

Oatmeal is a great source of fiber and a great slow digestion food for heart health and blood pressure. These are some easy and delicious recipes to have for on the Go breakfast ideas. Remember to also pair this meal with a protien such as a hard boiled egg, you can add in a nut butter to some, or even do so jerky! You can double or even triple these recipes! The shelf life is 10 days.


Banana Nut Oatmeal

1/2 cup instant whole grain oatmeal

1tbsp flaxseed

1 palm full banana chips

1 palm full walnuts

1tps cinnamon

1tps nutmeg

1 tps brown sugar or raw sugar or honey (on day of using)

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar and store in pantry for up to ten days

When ready add in hot water or warm milk, or plant based milk mix and enjoy!

Apple Pie

½ cup instant whole grain oatmeal

1 palm full dried apples

1 palm full dates

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tps cinnamon

1 tps nutmeg

1tps ginger

1 tps brown sugar or raw sugar or honey (on day of)

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar and store in pantry for up to ten days

When ready add in hot water or warm milk, or plant based milk mix and enjoy!

Fruity Oats

½ cup instant whole grain oatmeal

Apricots dried cut in half and 1 palm full of the halves

1 palm full bananas

1 palm full nuts

1 palm full dried apples

1 tps chia seeds

1 tps ginger

1tps cinnamon

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar and store in pantry for up to ten days

When ready add in hot water or warm milk, or plant based milk mix and enjoy!

Tropical Oats

½ cup instant whole grain oatmeal

Apricots dried cut in half and 1 palm full of the halves

1 palm full dried mangos (cut into halves and use the halves)

1 palm full unsweetened coconut

1 tps chia seeds

1 tps ginger

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar and store in pantry for up to ten days

When ready add in hot water or warm milk, or plant based milk mix and enjoy!

Berry Oats

½ cup instant whole grain oatmeal

1 palm dried blueberries and raspberries

1 palm dried apples

1 palm almonds or walnuts

1 tps chia seeds

1 tps ginger

Add all the ingredients to the mason jar and store in pantry for up to ten days
