We understand that your schedule may be evolving with the season, and so are we. We've expanded our online consultation hours to make it more convenient for you:
Wednesday: 10 am
Thursday: 12 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm
Friday: 12 pm, 2 pm

Fall Recipe - Easy Dinner and Snack: And, to add some flavor to your fall, here's a special recipe for you:
Autumn Harvest Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water or vegetable broth
1 cup diced butternut squash
1 cup diced apples
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Roast the butternut squash and apples with olive oil until tender.
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, roasted squash, apples, dried cranberries, and pecans.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Toss well and serve as a healthy dinner or snack option.
