Cranberry Quinoa Bliss Power Bars

Preheat Oven at 350 degrees

1 cup cooked Quinoa

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup cranberries

1/2 cup almond butter or your choice of nut butter

1/4 cup honey or organic maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1tps nutmeg

1tps cinnamon

1tbs ground flaxseed or chia seed(Omgea-3)

Take all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Add to a glass baking dish (8x8 is great)

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and eat! Place Bars in a air tight container and store in the fridge for up t 5 days.

If your Quinoa is not cooked follow directions on the box for cooking methods. All you need is 1 cup which will make 2 cups of Quinoa.
