Cookies for Breakfast?! Yes!:


Do you love cookies? Could you eat them all day!? How about a cookie for breakfast? Hmmmmmm what's the catch? No catch and no game. These vegan organic oatmeal caco cookies are great for you, the kids and Healthy!! So let's make up a batch and enjoy!! 

Ingredients:

2 mashed bananas 

1 1/2 organic rolled oats

1/2 cup rasins or dates

1/2 caco chips or dark chocolate chips 

1 tps cinnamon  (optional) 

1 tbs ground flaxseed  (optional)

Preheat oven at 375

On a cookies sheet use parchment paper to line it.

In one bowl mash the two bananas until they are not to lumpy. Add in the oats, chips, rasins, cinnamon and flaxseed.

Mix with a wooden spoon. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon take the dough and place on the parchment paper. Use the back only the spoon or a small mason jars to make the cookie flat. Continue this with the rest of the dough. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges get brown. Remove and cool for 10 mintues. 

Enjoy with a beverage of your choice! Cookies can be placed in a Tupperware for up to 3 days!
