Breakfast Ideas simple and easy
When it comes to breakfast we have so many options nowadays. But if you are trying to living the healthiest life to live then the options can become a bit confusing or just overwhelming. I am a huge believer in knowing where our food comes from and all the ingredients in it. And being a mom and entrepreneur time is a must! The simplest and the easiest the meal I love it! So I have made some great easy to use and prep breakfast ideas for the whole family and the busy body! These breakfast ideas will only take minutes to create, reheat and enjoy! You can prep these meals in a day or span them out to several days. You can even freeze some of the meals!

Spinach and Turkey Sausage Egg Cups! This recipe is a great source of protein,minerals and vitamins! Its flavorful recipe that you can reheat and eat! Recipe as follows:
10 eggs(farm fresh is best) Preheat oven to 325 degrees
6 turkey sausage links (chopped into pieces) Yields 12
1 cup spinach fresh(frozen will be to watered down)
1/2 cup skim milk
*optional shredded cheese
Spices:
1 tps garlic
1 tps onion powder
1/4 tps dry mustard
Canola Spray
muffin tin
1. Mix the eggs, milk and spices together in a medium bowl. Spray the muffin tin with the canola oil
2. Add in the chopped spinach and mix.
3.Using a 1/4 measuring cup add the mix to the 12 tin muffin sheet
4. Add in the chopped turkey sausage
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until eggs are set.
You can keep these in the fridge for 5 days or freeze and pop in the microwave or toaster oven.
* For a plant based version omit the turkey sausage and add in more veggies or black beans!

Yogurt Parfaits
Yogurt is another great source of protien to start your day with! Adding in fresh or frozen fruits will help you to feel fuller longer and add in the fiber and nutrients that you need to satisfy your morning. Using mason jars for storage is a great way for packing and keeping fresh.
6 mason jars pint to half pint
1 gallon of yogurt plain, vanilla or Greek.
2 cups fresh or frozen berries
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup granola( find a granola that is less than 9 grams of sugar)
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt to the mason jars
2. Add 1/4 tps of chia seeds on top of yogurt
3.Add 1/4 cup of berries to each jar on top of yogurt
4. Add 1 tbs of sunflower seeds to each jar.
5. Top with granola.
These can stay in your fridge for a week! Pack it in your lunch bag and grab a spoon!
