Afternoon pick me up
In the afternoon is when your energy levels seem to go low and so do the kids. They come home hungry, whiny, and tired. And so are we. What is missing is protein. Protein is will help raise your energy levels, hunger and help you feel back to you and keep moving. Here are two great pick me up for you and your kids.
Almond mocha mint
Ingredients
1 Scoop Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tbsp almond butter
2 bananas frozen or fresh
2 tps instant coffee
2 tps cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice chips
3-4 Mint leaves
Add all ingredients to blender mix and serve. This makes 2 servings. Feel free to share or save the rest for the next day.
Kids Peanut butter bliss
Ingredients
1 scoop Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tps cocoa powder
2 bananas frozen or fresh
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice chips
Add all ingredients to blender mix and serve. Makes 2 servings.
