Smoothies! So easy, versatile and can be a great alternative for breakfast! Smoothies can also be a fun and great way to get kids involved in nutritious eating habits. Fruits, veggies, and proteins all can go in one cup and served immediately for a full satisfying meal choice. Here are two easy smoothies that I not only serve to my kids but I also have regularly during the week.
So get you blender, nutritbullet ready to make this easy 5 ingredient smoothies!
First one the Very Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 cup mixed berries frozen or fresh
1 scoops plant based Vanilla Protein (optional)
1 Hand full of kale
1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened
1 tps blue agave
Add all ingredients to blender, mix and serve! If you like your smoothie thick add in more coconut milk
For than smoothies add in ice chips a 1/4 cup water

Tropical Mango Smoothie
Ingredients :
1/2 banana
1/2
cup mango frozen or fresh
1 hand full kale fresh or frozen
1 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla plant based protein (opitonal)
1/2cup coconut milk unsweetened
1 tps blue agave nectar (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender mix and serve!

For thin smoothies
add in ice chips a 1/4 cup water
