Let's Cook was created with the envision to help people learn the basics of food and how to use food as medicine. Let's Cook I created and was inspired to share this style of  cooking and learning from  Covid with the vision to help You learn how to eat food that supports your Body, Mind, and Spirit in the Holistic and Preventative state.
