First class is Stress and Anxiety January 13th Thursday at 7pm
In this Winter series you will learn about healing through foods, herbs and the use of supplements as prevention and aids to help with healing. We are living and natural beings and our bodies have the ability to heal themselves but sometimes our bodies need help.
In these classes you will learn to use these tools and create your foundation of wellness through foods, herbs, and understanding the bodies need for supplements.
In each class I will educate you on these three major topics and provide you with slides, examples and more!
