About The Event
This is a 7-week series that involves Pilates in person as well as group nutrition classes live online. This series is about fusing nourishing foods and movements that align the body, mind and spirit. Learning how to eat in sync with the chakras that coincide with our endocrine system.
Movement will consist of Pilates Fusion: a blend of Yoga, strength and Pilates that Natasha has created.
A low-sculpting workout for all fitness levels (ages 14 and up). Participants will receive the following:
7 in-person movement classes
6 online group nutrition classes (Tuesdays at 7:00pm)
Nourishing you from Root To Crown wellness book and meal plan
App access for resources, videos, recipes and movement.
A 30 minute 1:1 session personalized session with Natasha.
