This is a cooking class inspried by the very successful Mediterranean meal plan. Mediterranean foods are very heart healthy, weight healthy and body healthy. Here you will be cooking 3 meals using whole food ingredents. That means, no proccesed foods, no foods loaded with sugars, or high in salf. Foods mostly plant foods that are high im nutrients and caloires that fuel your body, mind, and food. These will be foods that are proven to help you add more Energy to your Body. Foods that will help bring Balance into your Body Systems. And Essential Nutrients for you to keep living.
In class you will be making a: Classic Whole Food MediterraneanMeal!
