About The Event
Menopause can be tricky and hard to get through if you do not have the right information. There are so many women going through what you maybe going through and need answers. In this workshop the answers and tips will be provided.
Menopause is another wonderful chapter to open and learn from in this stage in life. It can be hard or rewarding with the right nutritional tools, wellness and personal understanding of what works best for you.
In this workshop Women's Health Nutritionist and Practitioner Natasha will talk about the basics to help you through this stage of life.
What foods to remove and replace.
What vitamins and minerals to help with Menopausal symptoms and how to bring your body into balance.
Menopause does not have to be a burden. If you have the right foundation, information and nutritional factors you can have an experience that is not hard but more intuitive to your well-being.
This is will be a 2 part workshop series which leads into the Menopausal Wellness Program. In this 2 part workshop series Natasha will briefly talk about herbs, foods, movement and how to obtain better sleep. This will be a very informative but brief list. The program is online and is a great place to connect with other women dealing with and learning about how to take care of their bodies in this stage of life.
