About The Event
Women are number 1 when it comes to heart disease and death but this can all be prevented and even reversed.
In this 21 day group live learning nutritional course. You will learn about
- Heart health essentials. Vitamins, minerals and herbs.
• Nourishment. Understanding how to ear for your heart. Food pairing and eating in color.
• Movement. Breath. Honor. Reconnection to the body with ease and release. Create Movement that works for you. (Heart Flow Yoga )Learn how to reduce stress with breath and connection. Learn how to create space for self and honor your time for rest.
I love to teach women about for maintaining a healthy heart ❤ and the foods that help to protect from disease, toxins and waste.
Heart disease unfortunately is not reducing but you can make doable easy changes to your everyday life to combat no heart disease.
The program is great information for those who are at risk or who may have heart disease in their family history, who want other options than prescription medications or who wants knowledge on prevention.
There will be 3 live 1 hour classes on Wednesdays that will provide you with evidence based information. There is a private heart health group on the app that provides recipes, recorded classes, exercises and heart health materials.
You will also receive the Women's wellness guide journal. The Heart Health balance meal plan and recipe book.
And access to this material for life.
