February is National Heart Health Month. Women typically have the most to gain from having a diet that is consumed mostly of plant foods and whole foods that will help prevent or even reverse heart disease. Heart disease prevention has become more easy and fun and as a woman we must play our part in prevention. So join in as we cook foods that will help your heart, prevent disease and have you feeling your best inside and out. With the class you will receive a heart healthy 7 day meal plan and in class we will cook a Breakfast, snack and lunch! You will also be provided a link of the recording to keep.
