About The Event

In this master class you will learn from Natasha Holistic Nutritionist and Nutritional Practitioner  about nourishing foods and herbs for healthy heart health and prevention.

Women are number 1 when it comes to heart disease and death but this can all be prevented and even reversed.

In this class you will learn about my favorite herbs I love to teach women about for maintaining a healthy heart ❤ and the foods that help to protect from disease, toxins and waste.

Heart disease unfortunately is not reducing but you can make doable easy changes to your everyday life to combat no heart disease.

The class is great information for those who are at risk or who may have heart disease in their family history, who want other options than prescription medications or who wants knowledge on prevention.

This is an hour class that will provide you with evidence based information, a 5 day heart balance meal plan and my herb guide also.
